Pick-up times are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm.

Due to the unpredictable nature of our business, pick-up times can and will vary. To ensure you don't miss us, please leave your trash out the night before your scheduled pick-up day. Even though we do our best to schedule extra pick-ups, we are not always able to squeeze it into our schedule. JJ Mackay is not responsible for a missed pick-up if your trash is not in the designated pick-up area when our drivers stop by.

Holiday Schedule:
There is no service on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
